1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OAuth42's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Use of Services

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to breach or circumvent security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

3. Service Level Agreement

OAuth42 provides service level agreements (SLAs) based on your subscription plan:

• Starter Plan: Standard SLA with best-effort support
• Professional Plan: 99.9% uptime guarantee
• Enterprise Plan: 99.99% uptime guarantee with dedicated support

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

5. Intellectual Property

OAuth42 retains all rights to our services, software, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OAuth42 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OAuth42 harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. OAuth42 may immediately terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
